Market Plaza (West)

Market Plaza is a lively and multi-functional outdoor venue which overlooks the FSU North Gate entrance and Integration Statue to the south. The Plaza is perfect for concerts, performances, tabling events, organization recognition ceremonies, annual programs and the uniquely FSU tradition—Market Wednesday. The Market stage is surrounded by the Union's multilevel balconies, which allow for optimal viewing of Plaza activities.
Welcome Lobby and Lounge

The Welcome Lobby and Lounge is the focal point and crossroads of the new FSU Student Union, welcoming on average 20,000 students, faculty, staff, alumni, community members and visitors to our FSU campus each day. With visibility of all floors, the Welcome Lobby and Lounge serves as a connection point to the Student Life Pavilion, the food market, campus store, Grand Ballrooms and meetings rooms, and the FSU Gathering Lounge entertainment area on the lower level.
Grand Ballroom (North)

The Grand Ballroom is the largest room in the new facility and one of the largest ballrooms on FSU’s campus (15,000 sq. ft.). With increased capacity (1,500 Theatre, 900 Banquet) and floor-to-ceiling windows, the Grand Ballroom is uniquely designed to accommodate large conferences, VIP events, Gala fundraisers and meetings of all sizes. The space can be divided into (5) meeting rooms and includes pre-function spaces.
Senate Chambers

The Senate Chambers are strategically located on the top floor of the facility overlooking the entire Union with views of the Market Plaza to the west and the Union Green to the east. The Senate Chambers serves as the formal meeting space of the Student Senate, Congress of Graduate Students, Freshman Leadership Institute, and Transfer Leadership Institute.
Students representing each of the academic colleges serve the FSU Community as they pass budgets, fund student organizations, and have riveting conversations and debates about the interests and needs of FSU students. When the spaces are not being utilized for student meetings, the new Senate Chambers are perfect for meetings, seminars and conferences.
Club DownUnder

Club DownUnder is the premier student-run entertainment venue in the Union that hosts concerts, comedians, special events, and more. Union Productions is a student organization with over 50 students that assists with the management of every aspect of the Club DownUnder venue from: planning and producing events, marketing and promotions to sound production and hospitality. The venue and student organization have been fixtures on campus since the 1960's and have a rich history of engaging the students of FSU and the Tallahassee community.
Gathering Lounge

The Gathering Lounge is the perfect place for students, staff, and community members to connect and unwind, with easy access to Club DownUnder, FSU Bowling Lanes and Billiard Room, and the new FSU Grill. Serving as a connector between the major functioning spaces throughout the new Union, the new Gathering Lounge is at the center of it all, and is the welcoming place for all new, current and former members of our FSU community in ways that engage and cultivate campus connections.
Bowling & Billiards

Union Lanes is a premier-bowling center located in the Union and has been an FSU tradition since 1964. The new facility features (12) regulation lanes and (9) full sized billiards tables. The space plays host to a number of programs including league bowling, intramurals, cosmic bowling, open bowling, billiards tournaments, parties, and late night activities.
Union Lanes continues to be a popular party spot for student and University groups and serves as home to the FSU Bowling Teams, one of the elite intercollegiate programs in the country.
